Mada Solutions partnered with a prominent Saudi landowner who owned multiple undeveloped plots in both Riyadh and the Eastern Province. The client’s vision was to develop a series of high-quality residential properties that could serve a mix of family units, expatriate professionals, and young couples. Mada was engaged to manage the entire lifecycle of the project—from initial planning and construction through to long-term property and facilities management.

Objective
The project aimed to maximize the value of the landowner’s portfolio by constructing and managing high-quality residential communities that would attract diverse tenants. Project Scope

2. Construction Management: Mada managed the end-to-end construction of each property to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

   • Project Management: Mada implemented a phased construction schedule, allowing for efficient resource allocation and quick turnaround times for each property. On-site managers oversaw daily progress, ensuring quality control and compliance with Saudi building codes.

3. Property and Facilities Management: Upon completion, Mada took on full facilities management responsibilities to maintain and enhance the living experience for residents:
