Project Overview

Objective
The client required a customized accommodation facility to house over 200 employees. The project called for an optimal living environment tailored to international standards, with amenities designed for employee well-being, safety, and productivity. Project Scope

  1. Design & Construction: Mada Solutions collaborated with architects and engineers to create a blueprint for a state-of-the-art staff accommodation facility. The design prioritized energy efficiency, environmental sustainability, and local cultural considerations. This included:
    • Spacious, fully-furnished living units with ergonomic layouts.
    • Recreation areas such as gyms, a common dining area, and green spaces to promote relaxation and team cohesion.

  2. Facilities Management (FM): Upon completing construction, Mada Solutions assumed responsibility for full-scale facilities management. This included:
    • Hard FM Services: Ongoing maintenance of building infrastructure, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to guarantee consistent functionality.
    • Soft FM Services: Housekeeping, waste management, security services, and customer service management to maintain a high-quality living environment.
    • Sustainability Measures: Implementation of waste reduction and recycling programs, along with efficient energy management to reduce the facility’s carbon footprint and align with Vision 2030’s sustainability goals.

Outcome
The project was completed on schedule and within budget. The client reported high satisfaction with the quality of the accommodation and the ongoing FM services.
